30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your MemeHub purchase from Jean Horacius, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date. This includes renewal payments, even if you have used AI edits.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Use the support information on your payment receipt to request a refund and include the order details. Never send your full card number.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation ends paid access immediately and stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; you can still request one under the 30-day guarantee. A full refund ends membership access immediately and cancels future renewal. Refunds do not remove statutory consumer rights.
