1. Who we are

MemeHub ("the Service") is operated by Jean Horacius ("we", "us"). When you use MemeHub or buy a membership, you are contracting with Jean Horacius.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. The Service

MemeHub aggregates public meme, video and news content with links to original sources, and offers creation tools including a meme studio, AI photo edits (Larp Lab), caption drafts and meme battles. Paid memberships may add monthly AI usage allowances.

4. Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• uploading photos of people without their consent, or creating deepfakes intended to deceive, defame or impersonate;
• generating illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful or violent content, or malware;
• attempting to bypass safety filters ("jailbreaking"), usage limits or technical restrictions;
• interfering with security, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or reselling the Service.

6. AI features

You are responsible for the images and prompts you submit, for having the rights to them, and for how you use the outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected and are labelled as AI-generated; do not present them as real photography or rely on them for professional advice. We may filter, refuse or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Jean Horacius owns the Service, its software, documentation and branding. Third-party content shown in feeds remains the property of its original creators and publishers. You keep rights to content you upload and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. Rights holders can report infringing content via the contact below; repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe. Creator costs $9 USD per month for 10 AI edits; Pro costs $29 USD per month for 40. Taxes may apply. Memberships renew monthly until canceled from Account → Manage billing. Allowances reset each billing period without rollover or overage charges. Failed generations do not consume an edit. Upgrades charge the prorated difference immediately and increase your allowance after payment confirmation; downgrades begin at your next renewal. Cancellation ends paid access immediately and stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; the 30-day refund guarantee still applies. 9. Service level

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that third-party content will always be available. The Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

AI edits pause when a renewal payment fails and resume after successful payment confirmation. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your account data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
